Roxanne is the owner of an accounting and tax preparation business in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is the sister of Dave Foreman and one of the founders of North American Wilderness Recovery / Rewilding Institute. Together with Dave, she operated a mail-order bookstore called Books of the Big Outside. She has also served as finance manager for New Mexico Wild.
